Tardiness

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service(s).


Confirmations

As a courtesy, we will call (text/email) and confirm your service appointment 2 days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. 


Prices

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest in hair color and techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note prices and services are subject to change at any time.


Redo’s

All service sales and gift cards sales are final. Our stylists take pride in, stand behind, and guarantee their work. If you have any concerns with your with your hair, please call within 7 days to have any issues resolved.


Children

Unless your child is receiving a service, for their safety, we ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. However, if they do join you during your service, please make sure they are properly supervised.


Gratuity

Tips are left to the discretion of our clients and can be added to a credit card. Gratuities cannot be used on a gift card.


New guests

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience at Keema. As a new guest, we require a consultation appointment prior to scheduling a color service, to best serve your color needs. Once you have met your stylist and discussed your hair goals, we will then reserve your time and schedule the appropriate services.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total services will be required when you reserve your appointment. The 50% deposit will be applied towards the total of the services on the day of your appointment.

We have a 24 business hours cancellation policy in which you must call/email to cancel or reschedule within that time frame to avoid being charged the non-refundable 50% fee. Keema will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. However, in case we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment details to avoid any missed appointment fees. Keema will not issue a refund on your deposit if you do not show up on your scheduled date and time.

If you are not able to visit us for the consultation appointment, we will reserve the color service to the best of our ability based on the phone conversation with our front desk team. Please note, it is highly recommended to come in for a consultation, especially as a first time guest to the salon. The stylist reserves the right to perform only the services that they deem fit for the reserved time. Extra time cannot be reserved.


Cancellations

For your convenience, an appointment confirmation is emailed to you and sent via text message 24 hours in advance. To avoid a non-refundable cancellation fee, appointments can be cancelled or changed at that time with no charge.

On a same day cancellation your card will be charged 50% of the service price; a missed appointment without cancellation call will be charged 100% of the service price. To cancel or change your appointment, please call us at 630.590.5492

Additionally, if you No Show or cancel outside of our 24hr cancellation policy time frame more than two times for a scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit to book any future appointments. The deposit, however, will be applied towards the balance of the service at the time of your appointment.

If the credit card you have given us for your file cannot be processed, we will attempt to reach out to you until we can come in connect to update information and/or collect fees. If we cannot reach you, you will not be able to reserve any services with us until credit card information is updated and fees are reconciled.


Returns

L’ANZA and Aveda products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Boutique merchandise are final sale.
