Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for supporting our salon!

• Members earn 10 reward points for every $1 spent on retail product purchases.

• Reward points never expire.

• Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards once the required point balance has been reached.

• Rewards are subject to product availability and may be substituted with a similar item if necessary.

• Service discounts and product rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.

• Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift card purchases, taxes, gratuities, or previous purchases.

• Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise approved by salon management.

• If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the rewards balance.

• Reward points are intended for personal use and may not be sold or transferred to another guest.

• We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue rewards or the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
